Order Next Gen Player Packs

There are two different ways to order player packs for Next Gen events, depending on the way you ran registration. You will want to order your packs on your events “Late Registration Date” which is typically 8 days before your event.

Next Generation Site for Registration

  1. Login to your Next Gen Account
  2. Under the “Registrant Tab” Click the “Order Player Packs” button.
    All  of the player packs that have not been shipped directly to registrants will be found here. Simply proceed to the checkout to order the packs. You are responsible for getting these packs to your players.

    Following the Late Registration date, all future registrants will have their player packs shipped directly to them. As the TD, you do not have to worry about delivering these packs to the player. On the day of the event, the “Online Check In” button will show you which packs each of your players ordered, or if the packs were shipped directly to them.

Instructions if Disc Golf Scene was used for Registration

  1. Go to the manual player pack order page at InfiniteDiscs.com.
    For NGXL, Exclusive, and Premier events the order page is here:  https://infinitediscs.com/Products/Player-Packs
    For affiliate events, the order page is here:
    https://infinitediscs.com/Products/Next-Gen-Affiliate-Player-Packs
  2. Select all of the packs, and the quantity of each pack type that your players selected on registration. ***MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING PACKS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR EVENT TYPE***NGXL = League or One Round Non Sanctioned Events $15 per pack
    NG4X = Exclusive Events $35.50 per pack
    NG5X = Premier Events $60 per pack
  3. Check out and make payment for the player packs you are ordering. This checkout also includes the purchase of payout as well as your events donation to EDGE.
    Be sure you keep track of which player packs each registrant ordered. Because this was done manually, the Next Gen management system will not account for packs ordered by registrations through external websites.
  4. Export your registered players from disc golf scene and import players to the Next Generation event page. Instructions to Export/Import are found here.
  5. Make sure that registration is now active on the Next Generation site, and that the “Late Registration Date” is set as today. This allows players to continue to register, and forces them to select the option to have their player packs shipped directly to them.
    For all registrations where players have their packs shipped directly, Infinite Discs collects the registration payment and will pay you a commission after the event.
  6. Close registration on Disc Golf Scene, but include a link to the Next Gen Event page for registration so that future players looking at DG Scene know they can still play your event.

You are now set to run your event. Instructions of what to do during and after your event to report results are found here.
