Email All Your Registrants

When running a tournament, it’s usually a good idea to email the participants with important information about the event. With the Infinite Tournament system this is very easy. To create a mass email list of your registered players follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your Infinite Account, go to the “My Tournaments Section” and then click the “Registrants Tab. ”
   
2. Click the “Export Email List” button.
3.  Click the “column visibility” button and then the “Email” button to eliminate the player name row.
4. Now that there is only one column displayed, click the “Copy” button.
   
5. Open your email browser and “Paste” the email addresses into the BCC field. By using BCC, players will not be able to see each others email addresses when you send out your mass email.
